About Plano Garden Club

Plano Garden Club is a vibrant organization linked by our love of flowers, gardening and our environment.

Plano Garden Club general meetings are held at 9:30 the first Tuesday of each month September through May at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church McGivney Hall 1105 West 15th Street, Plano, TX.  Social gathering at 9:30 and meeting at 10:00.  (Click for map)

The annual club dues are $35 or $50 for a couple.

Here is what we do:

  • Play an active part in our local community by involvement in projects for local hospitals, senior groups, youth, the City of Plano and the Heritage Farmstead Museum.
  • Strive to support the National Garden Club and Texas Garden Club, Inc. objectives of aiding in the protection and conservation of natural resources and of aiding in civic beauty.
  • Present monthly programs which are open to the public offering an opportunity to learn more from authoritative speakers about garden related topics.
  • Present outings and workshops associated with our interest in horticulture with our Garden Spaders group.
  • Present monthly workshops on floral design through our Creative Designers Study Group. If you can coordinate your clothes, you can learn how to arrange flowers.

Come join us!  We offer opportunities for friendship, projects to support our community and a chance to learn more about gardening in North Texas.
